Who are we?
It is to contribute to our visitors' satisfaction by assuring a quality of services that the Tourist Office and its partners are engaged into a welcoming amelioration process.
So, our tourist office is engaged since 2009 into a quality process, common to all the department and manged by Union départementale des Offices de Tourisme and Syndicat d'Initiative of Gironde (UDOTSI).
The Tourist Office has to respect some rules of the reference document of Qualité Tourisme ™. This last one was made for Qualité France plan, engaged by Tourism ministry.

Our goal, your satisfaction :
A continuous audit of departmental control allows to verify that the criteria terms of welcoming are well respected. Then a national control by an independent body attributes officially, for a duration of 3 years, the national mark Qualité Tourisme ™.
